Hi Lori,

I'm Eric, an LPC and web developer in Eugene, and I run orcounselors.com. I was looking at your site and noticed your site has no mobile viewport, so on a phone it shows as a tiny desktop page that parents have to pinch and zoom to read.

Rather than just mention it, I built a rough concept of your site, redone, using your own words and photos: https://ulric-demos.pages.dev/lori-cunnington-lcsw-aat9/ It's unofficial, hidden from Google, and comes down whenever you ask.

I also wrote a short search audit: https://ulric-demos.pages.dev/lori-cunnington-lcsw-aat9/audit.html. The top three:

  1. The menu buttons (Forms, About Me, Contact) are images of text with no alt text, so screen readers can't use them.
  2. The phone number isn't tap-to-call.
  3. No page has an H1, and all four pages share the same short description.
