Hi Shane,

I'm Eric, an LPC and web developer in Eugene, and I run orcounselors.com, where your practice is one of the 16,533 Oregon providers listed. I checked the site your listing links to and noticed your homepage weighs about 22 MB because the photos were uploaded at full size, and on a simulated phone the main image takes over a minute to appear.

  1. None of the 16 pages has a meta description, so Google writes its own snippet from the menu.
  2. The intake form is called HIPAA-compliant, but it's a Google Form. That's only true if you have a Workspace BAA, so it's worth confirming.
  3. The phone number isn't tap-to-call, and there's no local schema.
