Welcome

Rooted in the Willamette and McKenzie valleys since 2017

Creative Spirit Collaborative (CSC) is a collective of therapists, coaches and healing arts practitioners based in Eugene, with practitioners across Oregon, Washington, California and beyond.

We honor these waters and soils, all their inhabitants, and the Indigenous communities who have stewarded this land for many generations, and we hold accountability to this land and community through what we give back.

Our approach

The 5 Pillars of Healing

  • Somatics & Embodiment. Presence within the body across every layer of being, through movement, dance, breathwork, yoga and your own intuitive body guidance.
  • Nature & Ecotherapy. Tending our relationship with the animate natural world, with roots in Indigenous wisdom and growing research on nature and wellbeing.
  • Transpersonal Wisdom. Mindfulness, meditation and contemplative traditions for self-inquiry, expanded awareness and a greater sense of purpose.
  • Expressive Arts & Creativity. Painting, music, dance and writing as ways to explore and express what words can't reach.
  • Benevolent Community. Healing in relationship: in being witnessed, seen and held, from healing circles to the forest on your lunch break.
