Founded in 2008.

In the middle of the 2008 economy, after many successful years in the business, Jim and Tess Leonard decided it was time to launch their own company. Off and Running Real Estate was born.

Our goal is a highly personalized service for every client, with a collaborative spirit that aims for a win/win for everyone in the deal.
