I'm Eric, an LPC and web developer in Eugene, and I run orcounselors.com, where Creative Spirit Collaborative is one of the 16,533 Oregon providers listed. I checked the site your listing links to and noticed your homepage weighs about 14.5 MB, so on a phone it can take over 30 seconds to fully load.

- Therapists' names live only inside the round portrait images, so Google can't read them on the Therapy page.
- None of the 16 pages has a meta description, and "Eugene" isn't in any page title.
- The phone number isn't tappable, and there's no local business markup for Google.

Check before sending
- Addressed to Rachelle Cornelius: the site names her Founder (MA, LPC). The listing research named Peggy, Rachelle and Zan; Rachelle is the right contact.
- No email address is published on the site. Find the address on her claimed orcounselors profile before sending.
- 541-293-8844 is the practice fax, not a phone line (the research file listed it as a contact number).
- Photos used: their own therapist and coach portraits, cut out of the round name cards and converted to webp, plus Rachelle's portrait from her bio page.
- The finding about intake running through a Google Form is phrased as "worth confirming", not as a violation. Keep that tone if you mention it.
- Open the demo and audit on a phone the same day and recheck each finding against the live site.
