Check before sending - Her site is modern and well built (Next.js, fast, one h1). The audit says so up front; keep the tone light. - The footer's 'Agent sign in' leads to a public 'Create your account' page for an outreach dashboard. I mention it neutrally; I didn't open or test either form. Someone else may have built her site; worth knowing before pitching a rebuild. - The page calls her 'Principal Broker' but the footer says 'Licensed Oregon Real Estate Broker'. Noted as info only. - No reviews on her site, so none in the demo. I couldn't check Zillow. - No listing or property photos on her site, so the demo hero is an illustration for now; see hero-src/sources.json. - Open the demo and audit on a phone the same day and recheck every fact against their live site.

Hi Desirae,

I'm Eric, a web developer in Eugene. I was looking at The Miller Realty Group's site and noticed that your site lists 16 towns as "Now serving" but none of them has a page, and there's no way to search homes.

So I built a rough concept of your site, redone, using your own words and photos: https://ulric-demos.pages.dev/the-miller-realty-group-m2xj/ It's unofficial and hidden from Google, and the listings in it are samples. It comes down whenever you ask.

I also wrote a short search audit: https://ulric-demos.pages.dev/the-miller-realty-group-m2xj/audit.html. The top three:

  1. The 16 "Now serving" towns have no pages, and there's no home search.
  2. Your banner image says 1161 N First Ave, Stayton; the site says 1825 12th St SE #140, Salem.
  3. No schema or social-preview tags, and a 1.1 MB banner PNG.

The idea is your listings, search and town pages on your own domain, so Google has your pages to send buyers to, not just Zillow's. Here's one I built for Lauren Rose in Portland: https://laurenroserealty.com

On Lauren Rose's site, buyers search on a map, browse city pages like https://laurenroserealty.com/homes/in/eugene, save searches, and check "What's my home worth?". All of it is on her own domain, and her MLS reviewed the feed before go-live. How it's built: https://ulric.studio/work/idx-listing-platform

In Lauren's words: "If you’re trying to systemize your business, build your website, and/or your branding in any field he is your guy!"

I'm also building this into a fuller platform for agents. It isn't finished, so I'm not selling it yet.
