Check before sending - His site never names his sponsoring brokerage (it says 'access to the largest brokerage worldwide'). Check which brokerage he hangs his license with before any real build; Oregon ads must show the registered business name. - Demo uses his bio (racquetball titles, founded 2017) from his own About page. Client quotes and the '5+ years / 50+ clients / 100% satisfaction' stats were left out on purpose. - Demo areas (Springfield, Thurston, Hayden Bridge, Eugene) are my picks near his Mountaingate Dr office. - Open the demo and audit on a phone the same day and recheck every fact against their live site.

I'm Eric, a web developer in Eugene. I was looking at Wayne Antone Real Estate's site and noticed that your home page title in Google still reads "Your SUPER-powered WP Engine Site".

So I built a rough concept of your site, redone, using your own words and photos: https://ulric-demos.pages.dev/wayne-antone-real-estate-7h7o/ It's unofficial and hidden from Google, and the listings in it are samples. It comes down whenever you ask.

The page title is WP Engine's default tagline, and there are no meta descriptions.
The footer on every page says "Copyright Your Business LLC."
There's no home search, so buyers browse on Zillow instead.

On Lauren Rose's site, buyers search on a map, browse city pages like https://laurenroserealty.com/homes/in/eugene, save searches, and check "What's my home worth?". I'm also building this into a fuller platform for agents. It isn't finished, so I'm not selling it yet.
