Hi, I'm Heidi.

I am a third-generation family Realtor and a born and raised Portlander. Alameda Realty is a small, family-operated company dedicated to quality service throughout the entire home buying or selling process.

I specialize in close-in older east side properties, investment properties, first-time home buyers, and clients sizing up or down, in the lower to upper price ranges.

The Settlemier family has roots connected to the founding of Woodburn, Oregon and the historic Jesse H. Settlemier House.

When I'm not hosting open houses or working with buyers and sellers, you can find me golfing, wakeboarding, hiking, skiing, snowshoeing and running through Portland's neighborhoods, or working on restoring my home in Alameda.

Education: Southern Oregon University, Portland State University, University of Arizona and Marylhurst University. Affiliations: PMAR, COAR, OAR and NAR; Hollywood Boosters board member; German American Society.
